Creating a CLMM Pool
Bluefin has introduced permissionless pool creation so users can launch any LP Pool from the UI. Here is a step-by-step guide for launching a pool with this feature:
Access the creation flow by heading to https://trade.bluefin.io/liquidity-pools and clicking
Create Poolat the top-right of the Pools list, or directly through this link.

Select the token pair you want to create and the fee tier you want for the pool. The fee tier is what will be charged on swaps that go through this pool (taken over the total value of the swap). Typically, stable pairs like USDT-USDC or eSUI-SUI have a lower fee tier (0.01% - 0.05%) than more volatile pairs like SUI-USDC or BLUE-SUI (0.2% - 1%).

After setting the tokens and fees, you will need to set the initial price for the pool and the range where you want to deploy the initial liquidity. A recommended approach is to use the current market price of the pair and set the range to be either Full Range or a relatively wide spread (10%+) so it doesn't fall out of range quickly. If one of the tokens hasn't launched yet or doesn't have an oracle price, it's recommended to reach out to the respective team behind the token to know what price to set.

Finally you will need to seed the initial liquidity based on the selected range (which determines the deposit ratio). Notice that a minimum of $100 (between the two tokens) is required for creating a pool through this feature. After you've inputted a valid amount, click
Create Pooland sign the transaction on your wallet.

And that's it! You will be re-directed to the LP Page of the created pool, where you will see the liquidity you have added as well.
